In this class you will be introduced to wealth of indian spices and how they are used in Indian cooking.We will together prepare daal, a lentil dish, which rarely absent from an Indian meal. The dish is eaten with Chapatis, flat wheat bread, and is garnished with coriander and thin ginger slices. The class will teach you how to roll your own, fresh Chapatis in 15 minutes and how to vary them with different flavours.
