Service Description

Chicken cooked in a rich, red sauce – Chicken Ticka Masala – is amongst the most well-loved North Indian dishes. You will learn how to prepare the marinade and the thick, spicy sauce. The dish is eaten with Chapatis, flat wheat bread, and is garnished with coriander and thin ginger slices. The class will teach you how to roll your own, fresh Chapatis in 15 minutes and how to vary them with different flavours.
