Service Description

In this class you will understand how to prepare a nicely spiced vegetable curry, especially how to blend the right amount of spices. You will be introduced to Indian vegetables and Pilau, a rice dish enriched with onions, peas and spices. The meal is served with Raita, spiced yoghurt. You will learn about the different kinds of vegetables as well as methods of preparing rice in Indian cuisine
